  • What type of products do you use for your cleaning?

    We use commercial-grade cleaning products and we also offer green friendly cleaning as well.

  • Do you offer Airbnb cleaning services?

    Yes, we will come and clean your place and have it ready for your next guest.

  • What is included in a general clean?

Do’s:

  • Kitchen (clean sink out, countertops, cabinet faces upper and lower, stovetop)

  • All exterior surfaces in all rooms

  • Load dishwasher

  • Floors are vacuumed and mopped.

  • Bathroom (complete toilet clean, shower, handles, tub, and countertops,)

  • Bedroom  (shelving, nightstands, bed frames, and tidy up the bed)

  • All window sills

  • Dusting

Don’ts:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

  • The extra time included in deep cleans allows for more detailed work in the above mentioned  Do’s.

  • What is included in a deep clean?

Do’s:

  • Everything included in a general clean +

  • Baseboards

  • Light switches & door handles

  • Detailed dusting

  • Back splashes and faucet fixtures are polished

  • Light organization of all rooms (for detailed organization select add on)

  • Extra hour included for high detail areas

Don’ts:

  • All Extras are not included (must be selected for an additional cost)

  • What is included in a Move in/Move out cleaning? 

    When booking a Move in or Move-out clean, you can expect an all-inclusive service. This is our most detailed package. These extras include: Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets, and inside all windows. This clean is intended to turn the home/apartment someone once lived in, into its original state and ready for new homeowners/tenants.

  • What service do you recommend for first-time clients? 

    A deep clean is recommended for all first-time cleaning by Smudge Run. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2-hour clean.

  • Do you clean any outside surfaces of the home?

    We do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your home/apartment.

  • Do I have to be home when the cleaners arrive or depart?

    You do not! However, if it’s your first time signing up for a Smudge Run cleaning, initial introductions always help develop a personable relationship with your home specialist.

  • What should I do with my pet(s) during the house cleaning?

    We love pets and we want them to feel comfortable while we’re there. It would be best if your fur babies have a designated place to stay while we clean.

  • Is Smudge Run Cleaning Services Licensed and Insured?

    We are! We’re currently insured for up to $1M in general liability damage. Licensed in the state of Tennessee.

  • Can I leave a key?

    Yes! It is actually preferred after the initial visit. This way we’re not holding you up if there’s traffic or if parking is a little harder than usual to find.
